Deluxe Room

Each of the deluxe rooms are spacious with large double bed, balcony over looking the sea and an attached washroom. Complimentary breakfast.

Beachcroft is a beach facing and beach touching property located on Palande beach. Guests have an option to choose from cottages and rooms for their preference of stay. Sandwiched between the road and the beach, there is easy accessibility for guests. We have 3 cottages and 5 spacious and self-contained rooms for our guests with a view of the sea from the balcony. Each room is sea facing and has a double bed, an air conditioner (optional for each room) and an attached wash room. All the rooms are well maintained and cleaned by the staff on a daily basis. If you are travelling in large numbers you have the option of asking for an extra bedding in case there is a requirement. In case you are travelling with a driver, we have arrangements for them as well.

Our homestay is pet friendly. You can get your furry little friends along with you on the trip and can keep them with you in your rooms, just like you would at your home. As long as they are not a trouble to the other guests we don’t mind having them with us. Being a seaside homestay there is plenty of room on the property and with the beach right outside gate they can stretch their legs and have fun.

BEACHCROFT CANCELLATION POLICY

Dear Guests,

We value your patronage and to have a mutual commitment, we take only 50% of the charges as advance to block the rooms.

We shall abide by the following cancellation policy

  1. Less than 30 days and before 16th day (from the check in date) we shall charge 30% from the advance paid.
  2. Less than 15 days and before 10th day we shall charge 50%.
  3. Less than 9 days we shall charge 100%.
  4. Busy season like Diwali, Christmas, New Year, May vacations, Holi etc. We shall charge 100%, if the cancellation is made in less than 20 days.
  5. Lock-down or any other natural calamity we shall provide 3 months extension; however, this decision will depend on government guidelines and Beachcroft reserves the right to offer the same.
  6. The above terms can be changed without any notice, interpreted in a fair manner and will be as per the policies of Beachcroft.

Dapoli has a rich history left behind by the Maratha Empire, the British and many others who came to this place and fell in love with it. You can see temples of different Hindu gods, Kadyawarcha Ganpati and Anjarle Devi temple are two of the most popular ones. 
Dapoli might not be as popular as Goa or Kerala, but it has most of the popular water sports at the beach.
